RC SMS provides a platform for sending SMS messages through user-provided Android devices and SIM cards. We do not provide SIM cards or phone numbers.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding SMS messaging, including obtaining consent from recipients and following TRAI/DND regulations.

4. Prohibited Use

Sending spam, fraudulent messages, or any content that violates applicable laws is strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

RC SMS is not liable for message delivery failures, carrier issues, or regulatory actions resulting from user's SMS activities.
